"Sips’ entrees—which are prepared by former Great American Pub chef Jerry Petrus and include, to name a few, duck confit, bouillabaisse, and branzino—run between $17 and $30. The objective, Chaigneau says, is to be less expensive than the nice places and nicer than the less expensive ones. In other words, bourgeois quality at proletariat prices." - Phoenixville Patch (click HERE for full story)
"Chaigneau hopes that his new establishment will provide his patrons with a high quality dining experience without reaching the cost of some of the other well-known elite restaurants in town... And he will do it with a very French touch." - OneNineFourSixZero.com (click HERE for full story)
"On a quiet Monday night, we were treated to Philly quality mussels and duck confit in a beautiful old hotel less than 3 blocks from our house. This spot was everything I've come to expect from Bibou or Bistrot La Minette in the city. The service was great, the menu was varied, the prices decent and the portions oddly generous for a French spot. Can't wait to bring family and friends to visit." - from YELP.com (more reviews HERE)
